I did this survey in my LJ about three years ago, and I dug it up again. It was interesting to see how my answers changed.
GENERAL STUFF
Q1: What's your HN(handle name)? Areku as my pseudonym, although I wont keep my real name a complete mystery.
Q2: Why do you call yourself that? I got it through a "Japanese Name" generator in 2000, and I've used it ever since.
Q3: Do you use a Mac or a PC? PC currently.
Q4: What program do you use to do your pictures? Photoshop CS.
Q5: Do you use a tablet or a mouse? I use a mouse to lay my colors, and a tablet to shade, etc.
Q6: What colours do you use a lot? Depends on the character.
Q7: What area of the pictures do you put most effort into? I try to put equal effort into it all, but I put the most effort into accessories.
Q8: About how long does it take you do finish each picture? Typically, a couple hours.
Q9: Do you keep your rough drafts? They all start out in the old sketchbook, so yes.
Q10:What special effects do you often use? I'm a big fan of "Dust & Scratches" and brush effects.
Q11: What size do you colour your pictures in? 300 dpi
Q12: Do you do anything else when you're drawing pictures? I almost always listen to music... sometimes I'll have a movie or TV on in the background, though. And I might have a Firefox window open.
Q13: About how many pictures do you draw in a month? Well, there's all the Jigworthy drawings, but other than that, maybe a couple every week.
Q14: What paper do you use to draw on? Pretty much anything within reach. Jimmy John's paper bags get used a lot at work.
Q15: What material do you use when working on paper? Pencil, but as of late I've been getting into ballpoint pen.
Q16: How long does it take to ink something? I ink very rarely, and when I do, it's digital. Maybe an hour for digital inking.
Q17: Do you do doujin's? A webcomic is a far, far cry from doujinshii.
Q18: What did you like most about doujin? Uh, didn't like it all THAT much...
Q19: Ever submitted anything to a magazine? Nope

Q22: Favorite anime/manga? Fruits Basket, Sailor Moon, Planet Ladder, Trigun, the list goes on.

Q24:An artist that you'd like to draw like? I like my drawing JUST fine.
Q25: Any magazines that you buy a lot? Nah.
Q26:Books that have been used as a good reference? Uh... I used to copy poses, but thankfully I've kicked the habit.
Q27: Any video games you enjoy? Tetris, DX-Ball, Sonic the Hedghog, Mortal Kombat.
Q28: A character from those games that you really enjoy? Kitana (MKII), Tails (Sonic 2).

Q52: What do you use to colour your pictures when it's on paper? Very rarely do I hand color things.
Q53: When did you start drawing seriously? When I was about 12.
Q54: Have you ever entered art contests? Quite a few, which I won most thereof.
Q55:Anything that you often use as a reference? My own wardrobe, actually... and costumes from movies.
Q56: Do you have many online friends? A fair few.

Q58: What time of the day are you usually online? A better question would be when am I NOT online?

Q61: What would you say to the person you admire? "Hey, you're pretty darn cool." How 'bout that?
Q62: At what kind of situations are you glad you were able to draw? Pictionary.
Q63: Situations where you aren't glad that you liked to draw? When people ask me to teach them...
Q64: Do you have many off-line friends who like to draw? Yep.
Q65: Where do you like to hang out when you're with friends? Hmm, pretty much anywhere.
Q66: Do you have any artists that you don't like too much? More general categories of artists that I don't like.
Q67: Situations in which you really don't like being online? Too distracting.
Q68:Situations in which you like being online? When there's nothing else to do, you can always play Solitaire.
Q69:Something that makes you really glad that the internet exists? See above answer.
Q70: What about things that make you NOT glad that the internet exists? MySpace.
Q72:What's the first picture you've ever shown to the public online? A picture of my Sailor Chibi Mercury. That was the first day I had my old scanner.
Q72: Do you still have that picture? Probably, somewhere.
Q73: Has your drawing style changed a lot? Thank god, yes.
Q74: How does it usually change? My style has shifted into slightly more realistic, but still with stylized roots.
Q75: Have you experienced artists block before? Who hasn't?
Q76: How did you escape from it? Miono. *shrug*
Q77: What happens when you have artists block? I get all mopey and try to draw, but only get CRAP.
Q78: Any artists that have influenced you a lot? Takeuchi, of course... also Kittyhawk and Ian McConville, for better or for worse.
Q79: What made you like drawing? I've always liked drawing.
Q80: What made you want to get a web site? Pretty much because everyone else I knew had one.

Q81:Why did you name your site what it's called? Buh... Jigworthy is exactly itself.
Q82: What do you think about net manners? People should LEARN them, for one...
Q83: Have you ever been spammed? Like a FOX!
Q84: Ever thought about quitting your web page? I did quit my old art site for DA. But Jigworthy is just a fun little venture anyway, I don't think I could completely give it up at this point.

Q86: About how much KB is each picture? I try to get JW comics down to 100kb, but for the most part they average around 130-150kb.
Q87:When creating your site, do you use a program or pure html? Jigworthy was done completely in Notepad, with graphics via Photoshop.
Q88: Do you have good eyesight? Nope, not at all.
Q89: If you can get any person's autograph, who's would you get? Jake Gyllenhaal...
Q90: Have you ever been asked for your autograph? Nope. But I put it on all commissions all the same.
Q91: Do you have any fans of yourself? I've got a small cheering section among my sister and our friends. ^^
Q92: Do you like to oekaki?(paint-bbs) Never done it, don't have much interest.
Q93: Are you good at art(as in the school subject)? Yeah, sure, why not.
Q94: Have you ever taken any art lessons, aside from school? I took classes at TMA when I was littler...
Q95: Have you ever drawn comics/manga? Ah ha. Heh heh heh. HAHAHA.

Q97: Do you think your personality is different when you're online, from when you're off-line? Not really.
Q98: Your goal? To finish my comics and make a MILLION BILLION dollars.
